Return and Exchange Policy

1. Returns

Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards.
Final sale items.
[Other items, e.g., custom or personalized products, for hygiene reasons, etc.]

Return Process:

Contact us at team@dedhshana.in to initiate the return process.
We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Ship the item(s) to the address provided.

Return Shipping Fees:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

2. Exchanges

Eligibility:

Exchanges are only allowed for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability.

Exchange Process:

Contact us at team@dedhshana.in to request an exchange.
Follow the instructions to return the original item.
The replacement item will be shipped once the original item is received.
Exchange Shipping Fees:

We will cover shipping costs for the replacement item if the original was defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at team@dedhshana.in with:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Photos of the damaged/defective item.
We will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
